is a boutique law firm offering legal advice and

industry, encompassing television, film,
theater, literary, Gospel, Urban, Christian and
positive secular music including but not limited
to Blues, Jazz, Urban, Hip Hop, Rock and
Classical. We consider ourselves part of the

blues artists, actors, theater companies and

with an emphasis in the areas of label deals, domestic
and foreign distribution deals, production of music recordings, trademarks,
copyright, publishing and record company
formations, touring matters, group partnerships,
contracts with minors, joint entertainment ventures,
litigation and much more.
